My guess is "insane", cause it rhymes with Hussein, but that's a kinda crazy answer. It could form the basis for an
interesting bumper sticker, if he ran for vp with Hillary.

There would be no need to refer to his middle name as he would be the only President with the last name Baracka (sp?). The W is to distinguish George W Bush from his father George Herbert Walker Bush.

They refer to President Bush as "W" because he's not the first President Bush. It's an informal way to distinguish father from son.
Secondly, Obama's not president. He hasn't even won the nomination yet, so don't get ahead of yourself.

Well President Bush is also a second in his name, that's why they refer to him as "W". So more than likely, Obama will just be Obama...

W was used as an easy way to distinguish father from son in the press and on the campaign trail.
I don't think Obama has the same issue and therefore won't need to use any other name. To my knowledge we haven't had another Obama as president.

The reason they use W is to differentiate between the two George Bushes. There would be no need to do so for Obama.
