Hi. Is the Turntable fitted with a Phono Cartridge ? You will need an Amplifier with aPhono Input (either an Integrated Amplifier which contains a pre-amp and power amp in the one box.or a separate pre-amp and separate power amp ,) also a pair of loudspeakers and the necessary cables to hook everything together.

you should provide a model #, but you should have the turntable plug into an amp/stereo system for max power.
