Wait at least 2 weeks to see if your parameters have stabilized

Once that is done, you shouldn't add more then one fish every 2 weeks, since we're talking about a marine tank here, and not a freshwater tank

As for how many fish you can add in the end, i don't know what you have in your tank already, so that's very hard to say or give advice on

Hope that helps
Good luck

After setting up your fish tank, about 2 weeks it should be ready to have new fishes. But since you had a mini-cycle, check to see if your nitrate levels are increasing from 0ppm to whatever. If it is then its safe to add new fishes, also check to make sure the ammonia and nitrite levels are low (under 0.5ppm). Ammonia and Nitrite are toxin but nitrate are not toxic if kept 20 ppm and under.

You should add 2 tropical fishes per week for every 10 gallons. If its a goldfish, then 1 every week. Also goldfish needs to be kept in at least 30 gallons because it produces a lot of waste.

Hope this helps

Every two to three weeks several new fish can be added until you hit your maximum fish bio-load.
