I'm sorry you're not feeling well! You could try vapor rub on your upper chest, hot showers, soup, tea... many cold medicines could harm your baby and your milk supply! Stick through it, hope you feel better soon!

You want to avoid a decongestant, like Sudafed, because some women (not all) have noticed a significant reduction of supply.

Use a saline spray, a steam treatment, the Breath Right nose strips, and other non drug options first. There are lots of remedies at the link below on nursing and having a cold.

Get something that will loosen up the liquid in your body. Maybe some Eucalyptus oil or some mentholatum or something just to clear it out. Drink some non caffeine tea to run it out of your system like some mint tea or something, but without caffeine so it doesn't affect the baby.

Anything you put into your system can go through. Stay with a dab of Vapor Rub under your nose, steam breathing treatments to loosen, and perhaps Breathe Right strips.

The only thing completely safe to take is tylenol. The only other things I can suggest is a nasal rinse using saline water, its gross but can help somewhat. Other than that I've been there done that and its rough breastfeeding but your baby's health will be better for it! Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad, and no real solutions to offer.
