It could be.
Check the sugar content. If you do this for an extended period of time, you could be in danger of contracting type 2 diabetes. Symptoms of getting too close to this happening are constant fatigue from crashing after the sugar high and getting a tummy ache after eating. Also check the label for vitamin and mineral content. It is possible to overdose on vitamins A and D and minerals (from milk and / or cereals with close to or100% per serving of these nutrients, so be careful.
If your just eating, say Cheerios, or granola or some low sugar, low fat health food cereal like Kashi, you should be OK. I think I'll have some right now!!!
Don't forget about having a diet with a wide variety of healthy food sources: fruits, veggies, etc...

no you're doing it all wrong, you gotta do the lucky charms, they're magically delicious don't you know. Is it just me or candy cereals so awesome?
It looks like you are not eating really sugary cereal so that is good. A combination of simple and complex carbohydrates to keep you going throw the day. Remember sugar is pretty much the only energy for your brain. People think that sugar is just empty calories. But sugar is an essential resource for your body. There's a reason why a eat a candy bar before every exam i take because it's fuel for my head.
No, but if you are only eating cereal then you would have a problem. You could get scurvey if you don't get you're vitamin c. Only pirates like me are alowed to get scurvey, unless you're secretely a pirate. Also you gotta make sure you get your protein as well. You just need to keep a balance diet as well, so eat your proteins, meats if you do that, sugars, vegetables, and fruits. Nothing is good in excess, everything in moderation is the key to everything. So eat things with the cereal.
Also i believe that cereals have a smaller amount of fat soluble vitamins. I don't think you would be able to get all of your essential amino acids either, but if you're eating your cereal with milk then that is good. Milk provides a lot of fat soluble vitamins and amino acids

Dear evil midget pidgeon!!!!
It depends upon the person who eats like that.
Cereals are more of starch and hence give rise to sugar and then little fat. The diet is never uniform for all.
Hence for a normal person, doing some kind of physical work, it is o.k. provided there is at least 4 to 6 hours gap
between the , and no other fast food stuff is taken in between.
Honey taken with warm water and lemon juice in the morning in the first thing, is good, if taken sip by sip, of one or two cups.

It's okay to do it one in a while. A general rule of good nutrition is to eat a variety of foods in a variety of colors.
