Need some more info, like what does it do when you turn the key. Does it crank (tries to start but doesn't turn over), do you hear click (no start just click), do you hear clink (like a slight metal to metal sound) and more? Let us know and we'll check back. Best of luck!
No sound then no electricity. You have a bad connection somewhere. Check your battery cables.

your brushes in the alternator may be going bad it will test good attimes and bad at other times as will your battery if a plate is coming lose
first never go to pepboys the one here sucks all the good mechanics quit tey dont tratthere mechanics very well
any pepboys mechanics dissagree?? i think not
look around the car is there a light on??
probally is the altenator bring it back and have someone re test it try a car quest or napa somewhere that sells to mechanics not the kragon autozone walmart guys they sell cheep parts thati wont run in my cars

What is your car doing when you try to start it. If it is doing absolutely nothing or making a rapid light clicking sound it is a loose connection on the battery terminal. Just clean them and retighten them. If your car does one nice big loud click then your battery is dead (not enough juce to crank it over). If the battery is holding a charge since it has been starting all day, and you were able to drive it and repeatedly start it all day, then your alternator is working. Its probably connections. get a wire brush, clean them off and then put them back on, if that doesnt't work and the leads are real bad, jsut go buy new cables.

I had a probelm similar to this a year ago. Turns out I had a bad battery. It was only 2 years old, but it was leaking under the battery, onto the wires. This is why my car would suddenly decide not to start, then start up other times. Sometimes a diagnotic test will not show this problem.

The best thing you can do is have the dealership check it out. My family had a few cars that did that, usually it was always the starter, alternator, or battery. But, you mentioned all those tested good, it's hard to say, either the test was wrong (sometimes they aren't accurate) or it could be a wiring problem. Hopefully the dealership will figure it out, good luck man!

I had a car once that did the same thing. They all kept checking to see if the battery and alternator was good and they both checked out. I finally just put a new alternator on it and never had the problem again. Just goes to show you those tests aren't always a guarantee.

three things needed to run gas-air compression ignition, rule out compression as its either good or bad, check spark with a old plug, take off plug wire simple plug wire into plug into groungdand crank if sparks are nice and blue of then fuel sourse, either too much or too little remove a hose from between the intake and the fuel vane, box that large hose goes to from manifold, smell into hose if fuel smell reaks try again with no throttle applied short bursts two secs crank 19 ko[key off]second time it will set a start code asking for open loop limp home mode,be careful if you dont know skip about cars as a wrong move is costly !

It's probably a loose or corroded wire at the starter/starter solenoid. I've seen something like this before, and I got to it and fixed it in 10 minutes, the girl I fixed it for said the shop she took it to said she need a new starting circuit wiring harness... bah!

poor connection at battery or sometimes the main live wire will deteriorate near the starter causing unpredictable starting.
