I can think of a ton of things that are too serious to be joked about, but none of them universal. It depends on who your friends are and what they get offended over- generally, if you know someone even only for a short time, you will know what is an okay joke and what isn't for them.

Nothing is too serious. Laughter is the best medicine. I find one of the best ways to deal with some of my problems (loss of loved ones, domestic/child abuse, drug abuse etc.) is to joke about them. It helps me get my feelings out, and make me feel good at the same time.

There's too many things to just pick one - whatever you make a joke about you run the risk of insulting someone.

I believe that death shouldn't be joked about it. It is a time for mourning and no one should joke about it no matter what.

It's all about personal preference.
What you mean is, there are some things MOST would agree you do NOT joke about.
Such as...this is actually hard.

alot of things its just how you look at it if your being crule and mean then sometimes it can be funny but not over a disorder or anything
