this bill stays on for five minutes every know and then and can't delete it for good i don't know where its come from and it's doing my head in please help.

FYI - MBS usually comes with one of those 'special' viewers that you are tempted to download and install from certain dubious (porn) web sites ..
Once you have eliminated MBS, it it might be a good idea to check for and clean off any 'naughty' images (before Policeman Plod comes knocking) ..
You could also think about setting up separate User (as opposed to Admin) Accounts on your PC for other users (to stop them installing such stuff again) and set your Screen Saver to go into password mode if the PC is left unattended for more than eg. 15 mins.
