some guys like them big , some guys like them small, or some guys dont care. there are people out there that will like them :)

34-36 C cup is the best over all. Just right...
It depends on the shape too. You could have a 38 D and the shape be perfect. No sagging or coned shape. Of course you could have a 38D and sag, coned shape, flat look and that is not perfect.
Just make sure you do push-ups or work out the chest other ways and you should be ok till later in life. If you don't shape the chest early on, you will just be letting gravity and weight dictate what shape they are.
NOTE: No matter what shape they are, you have some control of what they look like through chest exercises. The other is buy bras that lift and hold them in firmly so they get shaped and not sag prematurely. If you walk around with no bra on constantly, your breasts will sag for years to come. Wish more woman would realize this !!
And simply put be proud of what you have and don't let anyone put you down for what you have. Take care of your body and it will take care of you...

That is TOTALLY different for each guy. Some guys love 38D's, some guys love 32A's, some guys like 36C's.... Seriously, guys have all different tastes on this. There's no one size that's the best or worse. Some guys will think yours are too big, and some guys will think they're too small, and some guys will think they're just perfect. Just find a guy that's into what you've got!

Depends how tall the girl is. If she's short, a B or a C. If she's tall like 5'9"+ D or maybe even DD.
36D is a great size but 38D sounds like you're pretty big around the ribcage and possibly overweight.

I'm more partial to B's myself...the farther past that they get the less likely I am to like them.
But who am I kidding, breasts are breasts, it doesn't matter THAT much...

Your's is a healthy full grown size.Don't worry, for most guys,it's a secondary issue.
