Toolie Toulie, why don't you just name her tooly, maybe when she grows up she'll be a mechanic who's good with tools (hold your thought)! Whatever you name her, make sure she doesn't grow up and hate you for it.

only if it was short for something or as a nickname
it would be okay for the first 10 years, but could you seriously call a grown woman Toolie?

In Australia, we have end of school celebrations called Schoolies. Older men who try to join in to score with drunk teenage girls are called Toolies.
You figure it out.
How about Tallulah?

Could be a nickname for Petula, but I don't really care for it. It is different, sounds like a cute nickname a parent might give a child as an endearment. Still, as a teacher and parent, I have often heard school kids make fun of names that are unique. Most of the time they mean no harm, but sometimes they can be cruel. Sometimes, common names seem boring but they generally don't get made fun of. You should still name your baby something special that you like and that they will understand is a name you gave them out of love for them.

I don't really like that name. It sounds like the name of a cartoon character or, as one of the users said, "You're drunk and you're slurring your speech." That name sounds like it would be good for a toy breed dog. How about you name the girl something else like Abigail, Alyssa, or Haley? I know someone who has two girls, Haley and Alyssa. Those names are really pretty. Look through some baby books until you find another girl name, a pretty one, that you really like.

Sounds like a pastry or a type of pasta not really a name for a child. If anything Toulie is a better spelling.

personally I don't like it. sorry! It might be really cute when they're little, but once she's an adult it won't sound right. Imagine a job interview:

"Hi, I'm miss Toulie. And you are?" It just doesn't sound right. Maybe it you like is so much, you can name her something similar to you can call her that as a nickname.

I personally don't like it...first it really sounds like something you would find in the shed...second if you did use it as a name sounds more masculine than feminine...

But hey that's just my opinion and who am I to judge what you like as a name? we all have different taste right...I would never do that to a kid though personally.
