How about a weekend trip somewhere nice. It doesn't have to be expensive or exotic. Just a nice hotel, with a hot tub, a bottle of wine.....It works better when you take someone with you, but if you're single, then make sure there are nice shops near by, so that you can go sight seeing during the day.

A massage is always a nice thing. I day to pamper yourself including that massage and a special dinner. Maybe at the Cheesecake Factory.
