Anti-Social Disorder is a rare personality disorder.
Interest in murder does not make you a sociopath.
You don't seem to demonstrate some of the key points of a sociopath.. You didn't say anything that would lead me to believe you have a common disregard for social rules, norms, and cultural codes, as well as impulsive behavior, and indifference to the rights and feelings of others.
Thought is not act.
However, these thoughts are typical of other personality disorders and you may benefit from counseling.

in my opinion, everyone has had the impulse to kill someone at one time or the other. And alot of people don't deserve compassion, most of the time. And with all this CSI stuff on T.V , we have all started getting real interested in the way and the whys as to the crimes that are going on. And as far as manipulating people go... well that is human nature.

You could be, but no one can diagnose you based only on a few lines of text. If you're worried you should see a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Incidentally, these days sociopathy, along with psychopathy, is called antisocial personality disorder.

All most but not quite, while this is all very text book mumbo jumbo, by virtue of the very fact that you had to ask tells me that if you are a sociopath, I might very well be Gwyneth Paltrow?

You may have sociopathic tendencies but regardless you should talk to a mental health professional. The fact that you are aware that your thoughts may be dangerous is a good sign. Good luck!

I think a REAL Sociopath wouldn't feel there was anything at all wrong with himself. He wouldn't WANT help.
Still, if you are worried, you should see a counselor or therapist.
Good luck.

Definitely get some help. Bring that list with you, and show it to your counselor, and he/she will no doubt refer you to a psychiatrist. The bright side of this is that you are worried. If you weren't, that would be really bad.

Would you ever act on your urge to kill? If not, then I think you're ok. Try to remember that Karma is a mutherflucker, and stop treating people in ways you yourself wouldn't want to be treated.

do you feel that you are smarter than everyone else around you? probably
but are you really? if the true answer to that question is no, then get checked out,
if you are smarter than everyone around you, find new friends
