All blood cells of fish have nuclei.

Yes. The red blood cells of all vertebrates except mammals and Batrachoceps salamanders have nuclei. The white blood cells and platelets of fish also have nuclei.

What I stated about the fish blood vessels is a fact, not a thought. It has nothing to do with build up or what the fish is doing, it's the way the vessels work in order to exchange materials with interstitial fluids and the gills so the fish can respire. Without it the fish would die. Just thought I'd let you now.
