I'm looking to get into Law School after I'm done with my undergrad. Right now I'm taking a class which I am completely lost in and will most likely fail or get a C at best. Would it be worse to get the horrible grade or to withdraw from the class with a WF getting on my transcript?

While a W is probably better than getting an F, a WF could be worse, because it looks a bit like you waited too long to realize that you were doing poorly, then gave up.

I think both would be equally catastrophic to your efforts at getting into a good school. My best advice to you would be to study your *** off, ask for help from friends, and focus in class to try and scrape by a decent grade.
Good luck!

i believe it's best to drop it if you are going to fail it. But if you think you can pass it, stay with it.
good luck!
