It's the Kaba outside of the Great Mosque in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and was taken during the annual Hadj.
The Kaba sits on what is purported to be the very spot where Abraham was prepared to sacrifice his son Isaac under orders from God.
Wikipedia is a joke. I never use it for a reference.
