depends on your time zone and the age of the children. children 12+ should be able to stay up until around 10

Yahoo is world wide so it covers all time divisions in the world. Some children have already finished school for the day, some have yet to go.
But like so many Americans you seem to think only about your own little part of the world, so incredibly vain and short sighted.
