i really want guitar hero 3,
but am not so sure if its worth 100 dollars.
what do you think?

Oh yes, because it includes the new, awesome guitar controller as well as amazing new graphics, venues, redesigned characters and new songs.
Make sure you get the xbox 360 version.

Guitar Hero 3 is great and all, but if you want the ultimate music game definitely get Rock Band. You can switch back and forth between instruments if you get tired of one playing solo, and you can have massive crazy rock band parties where everyone sucks but nobody cares because it's so fun. If you like just playin the guitar though then get GH3. I like Guitar Hero's guitar better, my rock band guitar's strum bar doesn't wanna work for me all the time.

honestly i didnt think so. i thought it was going to be awesome but I was a little let down. It has a few good songs but I still like the first and second Guitar Hero better.
