Sam - You think it would be weird to count your shoes, but the fact that you know you have enough room to sit in your closet (I'm assuming you had to try it out) doesn't strike you as odd?

idk like 17 in my closet but i am unorganized so i have shoes all over the house. lol.

Wow the rest of these people make me feel horrible because I'm only 16 and have like 50 some pairs of shoes, but its not because I have money or because my parents spoil me or anything, its just a thing I have, some people collect coins, I collect really awesome shoes!!!

because if i did that would be weird..
i'm pretty sure not that many because i have enough room to sit in my closet and it's a little closet non walk in and there is space on the floor..yeah i bet you really don't care for all that information about my shoes and closet but i thought i would share

About 30 - but I've been collecting them longer than most of you! My oldest pair is at least 25 years old.
I had to throw out several pairs this year [ worn out! ]
Best tip: never wear shoes more than once in a row - they need to dry out completely between wearings, so they last twice as long. [ I am a nurse, and we wear out lots of shoes! ]
Next best: wear comfy shoes, or make them comfy with padding, insoles, etc. Your feet will last longer.

I have about five, but my friend Cailey (and I swear I AM NOT lying!!!) has 69 pairs of shoes. I have even counted them myself. seriously! her goal is to get to 100!!!
I've just trying to convince her to donate them to a charity for people who actually need shoes!!
shes pretty spoiled though
Edit- over the weekend she got three more pairs, so now she has 71
