Some guy that's smart enough to not shout out his evil plans when he thinks the hero is doom only later to be disappointed when the hero escape and defeats him since he already knows that plan.
Maybe Bender from Futurama...he's not technically a villain but is evil in his own way.

DEFINETLY any superman villain..... I HATE SUPERMAN THAT GUY WILL JUST NEVER DIE.... GERT ME SOME KRYPTONITE...... YOU COULD TOTALLY SEE ME FETCHING THE STUFF for whoever(opposite of superman)
