Twenty years is along time to stay married and if you have not already cheated you are one of the few marriages that have survived. I am a firm believer that if you dont take care of your buisness at home someone else will.
After 20 years I can see where sex could possibly become like a chore. You get so caught up in day to day hectic life like running a househould and all the errands that have to be attended not to mention shuffling kids from one place to another all the while the couple is trying to hold down a full time job.
If your husband seems not interested that is one thing. It could mean he is tired and he doesn't really feel like it. If he is cheating there will be hundreds of signs that could not be ignored unless you wanted to ignore them.
PS Its your decision if you wanna cheat and I am not judging you. You are not being taken care of the way you wanna be and eventually you will. But know that if you play the game you must be willing to accept the consequenses of your actions.

Twenty years is a long time. Marriage is hard because the expectations for being faithful are so clear cut. Infidelity is so frowned upon. But what does a wife do when as she ages, she needs sex so much more than her aging husband? Women seriously hit their prime and men decline. Keep up the oral sex and maybe watch some sexy movies to get him aroused. Sex shouldn't be a chore but should be fun, so you are going to have to get creative and introduce a few new things if you wish to remain faithful.

Have him get a physical. Assuming he is somewhere around 40-45 that's when for men the problems start. High blood pressure, sleep apnea, diabetes, high cholesterol and other things can cause a guys systems to concentrate more on survival than fun.
As gently as I can; take a look at yourself and make sure you aren't part of the problem. But every thing you mentioned sounds like a physical problem. And nothing will keep a guy from chasing the wife around the bedroom than a fear of failure to perform.
I'd bet a pay check it was a physical ailment on his part.

Cheating? Do not be such a selfish woman. You need to try to get help with your husband. Try counseling, or have him get a check up at the doctor. There is always Viagra. My God, do you think young studs out there are going to want your old (***) anyway?

have his testosterone levels checked... they're likely low (doc will say something like "they're within normal ranges for his age") when he really wants them to be in the top 25% for a 25 year old male.
That's the whole TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) thing... keep test high, e2 low, and he'll be horny as can be!
