my friend was charged with a burglary felony 4th ...this was all in the past the assult and the drinking under age the burglary happend a month ago
and he has a drinking under age on the adult record and a assult on his juvinile record he is in school this is his last year in school his he called me and said his public defender said ther is a 95% chance he will get probation what do you think

Depends on jurisdiction and judge. It also depends on the age of your friend. If he is a minor, chances are he will not get jail time.
Most likely, your friend will get probation and maybe some community service.
