How do you think this will affect future politics? I've read that this is expected to happen in other states in a few years, too.

Personally, I think political candidates will begin paying more attention to minority rights than they do now.

It's about time.

Politicians always cater to the largest voting block while ignoring others.....

With more and more immigrants coming here from Mexico, Central and South America, they provide a huge voting block in many areas. It's about time they got some attention,

Maybe when whites become the minority we will get some of the benefits that we can't get now simply because we are white. This crap goes both ways homey.
Also give it 100 years and we will be just like Africa is now.Facts don't lie so don't you cry.Kiss freedom goodbye and and don't ask the whites why.

That's all good. Because you just said it. They will start to pay more attention to the minority. Well, if your white and minority then maybe you'll now be able to get all the free benefits, wellfare, housing assistance, etc, etc, list too long, etc, that you have been paying for for all along. Paybacks are hell...And to the new majorities....good luck with all that. I'm going to welcome your money. Thanks in advance.

Well as a future minority I demand not to be kept down by the man. I want all my tests not to be culturally biased and I don't want to be racially profiled when I drive down the street. Driving while white will not be tolerated. Affirmative action will be expected, no justice no peace.

Welcome to the great American melting pot. That certainly could be. One thing is money. Minority candidates hardest part is collecting campaign contributions. I do believe change is good, but radical change means radical changes. Slow and steady wins the race.
