Definitely the first one.
Plus, you can match a lot more with a solid color.

I would go with the first one because it would be easier to match. With the plaid your limited to blue and other oranges but with the brown theres tons of stuff you could wear it with.
And I think th ebrown is just plain cuter :o)

the AE one is much cuter and it would go with more stuff and besides, even though i love plaid, plaid is only a trend for this season and it will soon be out of style.

well the wet seal is a bit ghettoer
but its still cute depending on how you wear it
i personally love AE but i dont think that that vest is very cute
