My son and I light candles for special prayer. We'll light one for your dear mother right now. Sending strength her way. I'm a night owl unfortunately.

Yes, and it seems the older I get the more often I stay up later.
I also am up by 8:00 AM and fall asleep sometimes at the
keyboard in the afternoons. I'm doing more of that lately for
some unknown reason. Maybe our cold weather has some-
thing to do with that. Maybe I too should be in hibernation til
the winter weather is at an end LOL? There are some days of
late, that I feel I could sleep my life away, if not for having to
eat and move my body before parlysis sets in LOL.
Hubby goes to sleep and starts snoring while I still busily
click away at the keyboard. He'll wake up sometimes by his
snoring, and he'll ask, "Don't you think it's time for you to go
to bed?" Meaning, he'd like the desk light off. I always turn off
the overhead when he's ready to go to sleep. And the little
one, clamped onto the side of my computer station doesn't
cause much light for him, but he can still see light however.LOL.
I'm sorry to hear your mom is having the body movements.
I've heard of some neuro diseases that can cause them. Hope she gets an early diagnosis so it can be treated and
kept at bay. I've begun having a few jerk movements when I
settle down to go to sleep at night myself. I figure it's just old
age kicking in more. I hope you'll let us know what the doctor
says is wrong. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, and it's just
a reminder of our aging processes. Take care!

My prayers go out to you and your mom. I hope that they can take care of her soon.
As far as night owls go... does it count if I'm in bed by 9:30 PM? I remember, back in the day, when 3:00 AM was about normal on the weekends. That's about when I wake up now days.
