Okay so we have the 16-24 law right. Im not sure of the details of it. If anyone has any info about it in lamence terms that would be great.
And also, is it legal for a 15 year old and 18 year old to cuddle, provided that is all that happens. Also, what about kissing?

To answer your questions: No, No, No, and No. Florida is one of the States that has zero tolerance contrary to public belief. The 16-24 law applies to anyone who is over the age of 18 and enacts on a minor what you stated in fact will be charged and if found guilty will be required to register as a sex offender. Where are your parents in this situation? Do they know about this? Why not have a open conversation with them be honest? The counties that enact the biggest zero tolerance are Leon, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Charlotte, Hillsboro, Orange, Gadsden, Okachobee, Sarasota, and Lee.

There's this terrific website called "google.com" where you can find answers to questions like this pretty easily, with a lot less harrassment than you'll get from a public post.
In my three seconds of googling, I learned that in Florida, the age of consent to sexual activity is 16. The first website I checked didn't offer a definition of the word "cuddle", and you didn't define what you meant by it either. In most states, an age difference that small is pretty meaningless, especially provided that the older party is not a relative or caregiver. You haven't given enough information to offer any meaningful advice, and frankly, you're the only person who knows enough to figure it out.

Why would an 18 yr old want to "Snuggle " with a 15 yr old...o wait lemme guess this 15 yr old is Sooo mature for their age..hahahaha..18 yr olds and 15 yr olds are on 2 different levels of cognitive understanding..a 15 yr old thinks o wow this person is interested in me..I can hang with the big dogs..the 18 yr old is thinking..hahaha i can tap this anytime i want...anyways..i dont think kids should be allowed to date anyone 18 and older..
