I'd say 12 hours per week. Of course, you would have to supplement your intake with some Rush Limbaugh.
The brainwashing itself takes a few weeks. Once there, one could go two to three days before needing another dose to validate their erroneous views.

The Fox News cable network is rated number one in viewers by a vast majority over its competitors CNN , MS NBC and others. It would be more far more useful for the author of this sophomoric query to site specific examples of Fox News "backslapping" and bias so that one could respond appropriately.
