You know it. We are planning a party next summer at our camp on the lake. We hope to have some visitors from south of our area. Hopefully they will be able to make it. We had a sort of retirement party a few years ago, and everyone had a lot of fun. You always have to rely on the weather, but there are always alternatives which we could avail ourselves of. Being a poor, single mom I always have to teach summer school each year to make it through. I was finally able to stretch my paycheck out into the 12 month deal and this will be the very first summer I've ever had off! Woo hoo!
That being said ... are ya nuts woman? I haven't even figured out Christmas yet and yer asking me to think about summer vacation?? YIKES! But at least I know I must go somewhere to celebrate actually having the darn time off! Yeaaaaa! =)

Oh yeah I'm making my plans early this summer so i can gather more money for my trip. I'm going to New York this summer! xD. Personally i think its better to plan ahead so that you know what you want to do in the trip and where to go. I have trips at the last minute and they usually turn out a big mess you get lost. You waste some time. And nobody can agree what we should do.
So yeah i planed ahead this year!

Good for you! I am unsure at the moment....but I am starting to think about all the places I would like to see in 2008....not just in the summer! I was thinking in terms of Prague or Vienna in the spring....and possibly a short trip to Norway in June. If I have any money left after that, I would like to try to get to Maine in July or August!

Yes! I think I'm gonna have to attend summer review classes in the morning for the college entrance exams that I would be taking next school year. I also plan to finish the video games I am playing right now. And of course, there's rest and relaxation and I'm gonna improve my drawing skills by studyin gthe materials I have bought. :)
And I feel that summer is around the corner! (It begins late March here until early June. Yes, I know, it's weird.)

We just bought a new camper and a permanent camp site on the lake. We will be there all summer. Plus we always go back to New Jersey and NYC to visit family over the summer.

We are probably going to take the kids to Disneyland and Seaworld. My youngest has never been, and my oldest is absolutely in love with Shamu and the dolphins at Seaworld.
