this girl i like wont tell me where she is ticklish...alls i know is she said its NOT her feet, ribs, or armpits.....the only other i could rele think of is the neck...whats ur thoughts?

Feet, stomach, armpits, sides, knees, thighs, hips, neck and ears.
She might not be initially ticklish on her feet, ribs or armpits but if you get her laughing by tickling other places, she might suddenly become ticklish in those places as well.

The neck is probably more likely to be a right answer than people might think. However, my hunch here, and I may be wrong, but maybe not, is that she's trying to give you the opportunity to find out for yourself, or just needs a very little more convincing...

For me, it would be my feet, my ribs, and my pits, and to a lesser degree, my knees, and sometimes my palms and lips.
