I am thirteen and couldn't agree more with steph101. Don't go for abercrombie or hollister because it is just overpriced junk quality stuff that makes you look anorexic. I personally LOVE Ralph Lauren polos (and other things) as well as Banana Republic small sizes. Ann Taylor has adult clothes but you can often find very sophisticated styles in youth sizes. Whatever you do, look smart and stick to quality because these kind of clothes are WORTH THE MONEY. I once had a pair of coach ballet flats that I got on sale at Macys. My foot grows fast but these shows were the most stylish, comfortable, and longlasting shoes I have ever worn.
Good names are: Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Coach, Ann Taylor LOFT, J. Crew, Limited Too, and Lucky Brand Jeans.
P.S. Juicy Couture is another teen favorite that is not nearly the expected quality.

Dresses For 13 Year Olds

Dress in really fitting polos (preferably Ralph) and a mini skirt, and flats. THAT is a perfectly good outfit. Hollister and Abercrombie material is made of itchy BO inducing shiny cotton. THEY should NOT be ruling what teens wear!

I think Mylie Cyrus aka Hannah Montana is a great example of how young girls can still look their age, yet have a great sense of fashion. She just turned 15 and doesnt look like shes going on 21. She stays covered up also....dont go showing off a lot of skin at a young age. You'll get a bad rep!
So I would just look for stuff like Mylie wears :)

Heres a good website with a lot of Mylie pics:

Wear what is in style, IF
1] it isn't sexually provocative [ no cleavage, nipples, belly buttons, butt cracks, or camel toes, or suggestive remarks ]
2] you like it [ color and style ]
3] it looks good on you
4] it isn't overdone [ layers of makeup, tight clothes, stiletto heels, etc. ]
TIP: don't wear heeels more than once a week or so until feet are totally done growing - it isn't good for your feet [ you will thank me when you are 40! ]

. IT IS THE SPIRIT,....SPIRIT OF WHOREDOM Go to the Far East, and you can understand why some pimps actually keep/rear these demonic 'spirits of whoredom'. You can 'see' objects moved by these spirits. The pimps releases these spirits in the evening, to come upon men that the pimps harlots may have business. .
