Rub a magic lamp. Seriously, I do not know but I do know they are not demons or fallen angels and that the bible does not mention them not even once.
I doubt they grant three wishes like in the movies. There are many unseen beings that we are not aware of.

ok, lets consider for a moment that the djinn are real.
The last thing you want to do is summon one. These guys are supposed to be real butt-kickers. They would destroy you.
So here are the odds
1) They are not real, you are wasteing your time.
2) They are real, and your gonna get your butt beaten down.
3) They are real and all the stories about them are lies.
I wrote these in the order of which one is most logically correct. Even if number 3 is correct, you wont get anything positive from summoning them. Good luck.
Ok, for movies, if you want to know what its like watch "Wishmaster" that is the best one about djinn.
But please dont believe the movie is in anyway real.

Cast spells purposefully directed to harm people, the more Innocent the target the better. Make sure you're not in a circle (so to appear without protection) when doing so and use as physical focuses the things you think it might like and something appropriate to bind with as well. You're sure to eventually get ones attention if you try hard enough and long enough. But this is something not to be done lightly no matter how skilled or lucky you think your are. I have never seen a reason to call one but have had more than one sent my way. Be warned, everything has a price .

Under no circumstances, for any reason, should you ever seek to summon a djinn. No matter what you may have read or heard, these entities are demons--fallen angels operating under satan's authority which were expelled from God's side, and banished to earth thousands of years ago. These satanic powers are PREDATORS in the worst sense of the word, and hate humans in a profound way. Their goal is to devour and destroy, and once summoned into a human's life will wreck horrific destruction. They will appear as angels of light and make all manner of promises and false claims, however their goal is to see you in Hell, if not in the hereafter then on earth.
Please be very, very careful.

You have to bind one to a talisman, but I would advise against it.
