You would not, because there is both truth and lies all over the place.
Seek to distinquish alleged FACTS from someone's opinions.
Try to figure out ORIGINALsources as opposed to people repeating what others wrote.
Give serious thought to what BIAS may be contained within anyone's writings.

You can't be. To tell you the truth, there's plenty of stuff on the internet that's not true. Because so many billions of people are posting stuff on the web, it's hard to put a cap on the nonsense and the honest info. The best thing you can do is try to look in places that have a good reputation--that are well known. If it's some bogus, unidentified site, it's probably not an honest one. This isn't an absolute given, but, like I said, it's hard to be sure.

if u want t search whether it truth or not use search engine like google..u may get innumerable resullts as per ur criteria..so th answer hr is pick first 10-20 links from google and check quickly whether informatio is truthful or not..bcoz different sources have different information..weigh the truth and false in numbers and decide hw much the discussion is truth..

You can't. There is a lot of bogus stuff on the net. Even Wikipedia is an unreliable source because anyone can add or subtract data on any given entry.
