Technically I dropped out, but I returned a couple years later. Does that mean I regretted dropping out the first time? Definitely not. I needed that time to pursue other interests, experiences and to figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my life. College isn't for everyone and I think a lot of people are like me and not ready for college directly after high school. I think a lot of people, including myself the first time around, go to college simply because that's what we're told to do. If anything, I regret going to college the first time directly after high school.

I dropped out twice in my first two years of college, and I'm glad I did because when I finally did go back, I was able to do something meaningful to me, rather than doing what I thought I wanted to do in high school. So for me, dropping out temporarily (I didn't think it was temporary at the time) was a good idea, but ONLY because I went back relatively soon and got a degree.

Definitely not!!!! I dropped out and went back two more times over the years, I never finished , something in Life always came up and derailed me. So get back as quick as you can and stay there. I`ve missed so many opportunities!!!

I wuld not say I dropped out, but who doesn't want to show what they have accomplished!!! I know, school isn't for everyone, but I would hate for a child to read this and think they would be better off a college drop out!
