I had a great day. I spent the day putting out Christmas things, and that always makes me happy. I have things that remind me of my grandparents, and my parents, who are all gone now....and things from my kids childhood and all of them make me feel very happy and very content in my life.

I had a fairly good day on Sunday. Cleaned out my fridge; washed dishes; emptied trash; cleaned the baths and emptied the kitty pan. Then went to the grocers and came home and fixed some yummy spaghetti. Watched tv, surfed the net, talked on the phone, had a really good convo with my youngest grandaughter who just turned 18. All in all not a bad day. :-)

Hey, any day I'm above ground is a good day!

Yes, I woke up at 11:15 a.m. took my morning meds.

Drank my 2 cups of coffee, while listening to Waylon Jennings.

Breakfast at noon . . . . my usual, Frosted Shredded Wheat, 1/2 sliced banana, and orange juice.

Took my mid day meds and read Anne of Green Gables for an hour or so.

My day was going great and I was looking forward to evening time, and planning to watch my favorite NBA basketball teams game . . . . when I was suddenly disappointed to find out their game had just ended and I missed one of their best games of the season.

I got over it. They won and that settled me down some, so I listened to Enya and Elton John until dinner Time.

Took my night meds and watched The Fugitive, the local news and here it sit with my Yahoo Answers addiction and the usual . . . . way loud snoring of my sleeping husband.

My last chore of the day will be editing some of my husband's writings.

I crash about 3:30 a.m. and join my husband and we have a snore along till he rises at 6:00 a.m. and begins his writing.

That's when I get even. He writes while I snore for him.

Today was good but tomorrow will be better. I was smart enough to set the timer on the TV so I won't miss the game again.

Good question. Thanks. I'm envious. You got to watch your game. Hope your day was enjoyable.

Yes, I did. I went to church and came home and fixed a nice meal and then took a well needed nap, something I rarely do. When I woke up my hubby had went and got a pizza, so supper was right there ready for me. Now I'm catching up on Y/A, with one of my kitties asleep by my side, so it's been a very nice day. Hope you had a good day too.

Sure did, and hope that you did too! It was a very lazy day....had a long talk with my oldest sister up in NY, sent out a few e-mails, read some of my book, had a great dinner with left-overs from Thanksgiving, watched some TV with my husband....just a little of this and that all day. Nice!!!

Yes I did, thanks for asking. I leave for a cruise tomorrow morning and I spent the day getting ready for it. I'll just throw in the last minute stuff and be gone. The house is clean, the refrigerator is empty, the trash is ready to go out, and the suitcase is almost full. Now, all I have do to is be able to sleep tonight. It's a six drive to the pier.

Bye everyone. Be back Friday night.

Yes, I did, thank you. I went to a baby shower for my daughter in law. She asked me yesterday what detergent she should use for the baby's clothes. Today I told her that with all the baby clothes she got, she wouldn't need to wash at all. Just throw 'em out and put on the next outfit! Cute stuff! Hope your day was nice as well!

Hi, I live in Ohio and missed both the Cavs game and the Browns game because I worked today. But I am glad they both won.

Shortstuff, actually I did have a nice, restful, calm day in spite of this awfull Cold that's hanging on. I read, watched two movies, played with my little pups, did my dreadful post-knee-replacement-surgery exercises, changed my bed linen, chatted with two of my kids, ( one was reminding me to watch
Cleveland & Houston, the other was from my son in Cleveland bragging about their big win!!! ha-ha) Walked my pups and did my nails. Yeah, very nice day. And you?
