of course it does, but it doesn't rain water, it rains rocks and/or dust.

but they don't come from clouds usually, because clouds can't form in space.....

the pressure won't allow it and water will freeze instead of being in a gaseous state.

the rocks and dust usually come from objects that collide when they are cool.......

like a star is hot, if an object hits it its almost as if you dropped an object into a pool of water.

if two objects are cold and solid, and they slam together they break, like when you through a rock through a windows or two cars into each other.

Rain is a phenomenon of our atmosphere. The sun evaporates the ocean and the water is stored in the atmosphere.

If the air cools, the moisture in the air condenses into clouds, and sometimes rain. The rain then falls under gravity

No atmosphere, no water source - then no rain. Pertty basic stuff, really.

nope, it's too cold in space. There are radioactive waves, small rocks that fly around like bullets, comets, and asteroids though.
