my exwife new husband got into trouble with the law in another state, so she move there. is there some way i can get to see my kids more im not even getting them on my weekends ?

You need to see a lawyer. Did she have your permission to move the kids out of state? Most states require that.

Okay, this is weird. Did you have a court order and didn't that court order cover moving out of state? Normally they say the custodial parent cannot move without a certain number of days written notice giving you time to contest. I would get an attorney right away and seek custody. Especially if she's involved in some legal problems.

Call the lawyer or the judge that did your visitation. She cannot move your children out of state without your permission and permission from the court. I would call the local police and ask them if there is anything you can do in the mean time.

take her back to court talk to your lawyer and see if there's anyting you can do
