I saw a lady on TV who tried to swim across the ocean. After some days the salt water started getting to her. I think her mouth was bothered and she had to stop.

i think they will just get a little dry, i dont think anything major would happen unless the water is polluted or something. also there are divers that dive under water for extended periods of time and they open their eyes under water a lot, so some of them can now see almost clearly underwater and they could hold their breath for around 3 mins while moving around. i dont know if the salt water would hurt your eyes or not though so dont pratice it unless you know all the facts

you will probably get tired as hell and then stop in the middle of the ocean to rest and then a shark will be swimming by and have you for lunch

If your technique isn't good, and you swallow water when you breathe, then you're going to start wanting to throw up after half an hour or so.

You'll have to pee really bad.
You're absorbing all of that liquid through your pores, so you'll end up having to get rid of it.
