ok so i cant download on lime wire or connect to the game rooms in yahoo.... my internet works tho. everything was fine, and all of a sudden it seems like im blocked or "firewall"??????? i have windows.

Is this Windows XP? If so, it has a built-in firewall. But "all of a sudden" is not firewall behavior unless you aren't telling the whole story. A firewall will not change its behavior automatically. I don't recall that WinXP's firewall has a "learning mode" - where it would ask if you wanted to allow or disallow a new connection it had not seen before. But lacking that, someone has to actually go in and reset a firewall permission - i.e. "allow" or "block" a particular site.
You don't state your age. Is there a chance your parents have altered your firewall settings? OR did they recently install a different security suite besides the one that comes with Windows? Some security suites come with a pre-loaded list of questionable sites.
Last question: Did this occur after you visited a new site for the first time? I wonder if you have some ugly spy-ware. (Excuse me, there is no PRETTY spy-ware.)

One possibility-
Open browser-go to Tools text menu>Manage Add-ons>
Enable or Disable Add-ons
Check to see if a Yahoo game add-on has been disabled...if it is - enable it.
