I just had my first period in ten years....?

Question

....i was on the depo injection and then the mini pill that you take continuously without a break because i am allergic to the combined pill. Was it bad for my body not to have a period?
Will i loose weight now I've come off it?

For some people with certain kinds of medical conditions like endometriosis as one example it can be very good for them not to have a period. As for losing weight now that you have come off the medications yes you should according to friends I've talked to that have done Depo-Provera but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
