I've noticed many answers chosen by the askers that have 0 thumbs up. It just seems polite to me that if you really felt the answer was helpful, you should give the person that extra point. I know you already gave them 10 points, but what is one extra one going to hurt? Where is the Y!A love?

Yes, I do the same too! I give the thumbs up because I want people to get ALL of their points. I think yahoo answers should give more points than they do.
