i have a panasonic cf-48 toughbook. it used to be a firemans laptop. so its a little worn out on the front. to bad im a 15 yr old girl.lol. i only want to spraypaint the top. i will be using Krylon Fusion for plastics( my daddy said to use tht). and it will be a light pink=] and then i was to put rhinestones as hello kittys head on the front. what do i need to do to achive this?

DONT DO IT. LISTEN to me. I am also 15, and I thought it would be a brilliant idea to paint my guitar hero controller light pink with krylon fusion. so I did... yeah, well the whole thing stopped working after I used it a few times, and the paint started coming off. it doesn't really bond all that well. it's a bad idea, just settle for it how it is or find alternatives, like those "skins" or stickers.

try to get a "laptop" skin thing.

or u can put tape around the edges and go creative!

i suggest that you follow Kelly's advice,painting a laptop could be disastrous if you get paint on something that you don't want paint on
