According to the doctors, it is...to the point that I'm having "psychogentic non-epiliptic seizures" (aka "staring spells" where I'm completely non-responsive to the world around me). It's not a good time---get control of stress before stress controls you!

I allow stress to build me up not ruin me,
but on those days when things seem just too

I cry and pray,
things always get better,
you gotta take the bitter with the sour,
roll with the punches and be positive always,

Find trouble
Listen to Music
Watch T.V.
Hide from Everybody
Stay home
Sit down, lay down, just relax
Find a girlfriend/boyfriend or just work out at the gym

It can. You have to be able to control it. When you feel overwhelmed, you have to just go somewhere and sit down and relax and think of something pleasant to help calm your nerves.
