In Call Of Duty (PC) how can you change the name of the soldiers around you?

I have found a mod that changed the players name but can't find a tool or way to do this by myself,

I would think that its a very complicated process, that only seasoned modders can pull off, maybe you should ask this on the CharlieOscarDelta.com forum and see if anyone can tell you, the modders probly hang out there more than here.
