im trying to look for my babay daddy he doesnt call me and i dont know where he lives. he has a myspace page and i wrote to him 11 times he didnt write me bac. now the only friend on his page is his girl. so i went to his sister's and father's page and started to write to their friends askin them first if they knew him if they didnt i said ok thank and never wrote them bac if they didnt answer i didnt write them bac. if they say yes i would ask them if they knew how to get in contact with them. after i first write to them i never write them unless they write me. Is everything im doing considered harrasment?

the whole reason y im doin this is bcuz i dont have an address. and in ny no1 will do anything unless i have an address for him. they only check his social and he wont put an address to his name

Harrassment would be if they asked you to stop contacting them and you didn't stop. Sitting outside his parent's house in your car waiting for him to show up. Following them to see if they go visit him. (It's a lot like stalking... :)

Go to child services and tell them you want a non-payment action started, they'll do the rest.

It is a bit of harassment, but it won't really matter much unless you continually contact the people.

If you are looking to get child support, stop now. You are hurting your chances of finding him. Talk to legal aid and see about serving him with papers. The courts will track him down for you and serve the summons for a small fee.

A longshot of tracking him would be going to the courthouse and checking to see if he ever went to court. The Clerk of the Court's office and the Clerk of the District Court's office are where you want to go. If he has gone to court for anything, you can look at the case and see if his address was listed. The address might be old, but you might be able to track him from that.

ask the child support bureau on what to do his family does have information most of the times the guy wants to skip his responsibility and sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't
