What are some good website providers(give a lot of cool features and stuff) that dont charhe too much for a domain and a good hosting package?

um well most places give you a bunch of crap because there service sucks. but i like

steadfast.net
bluehost.com

and i also own my own hosting company but it's not cheap =]
