No, that's not going to happen. Canada is just fine on its own. And has never expressed an intrest in teaming up with the U.S.. The U.S. wouldn't want to bind with Mexico because any advantages to that would never out weigh the disadvantages. Mexico would be a huge liability. Its poverty rate is astronomical. If the two countries were to combine, the U.S. would be responsible for all those people and have to comply with getting them on our social services programs, i.e. welfare, food stamps, etcetera. That would break the U.S. budget in no time.

Bind in what way? We already have NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Association, so we are already bound economically, more or less.
