Hi! You haven't been on in awhile. I posted a question asking where you were and it was deleted. Glad you're back telling "Christmas Stories"
Bless you! Juju

Hi Alcoholic,
I told Santa that I was a good boy many times, over a period of several years, well, until I was about seven or eight, but I could see the disbelief in his eyes. That was over 50+ years ago, good thing he didn't die back then. I never got what I asked for, anyway.

Glad to see you are BACK with us. I started answering from the top down so I'm here now. That is really cute alcoholi. When I was a kid they used to tell us if we weren't good, Santa would leave coal in our stockings and we believed them. Why would our parents lie like that?(same reason I did) It works for a while.
I'll have to try your version when my grandaughter gets the "I wants"

i think if you go over and spend about a day in personal finance and see how many folks are over there head in debt and can pay bills but want to figure out ways to borrow for xmass it might not be a bad ideal to cancel it for a couple of years!!!

Oh, no, it can't be canceled. I really thought I was being good.
I think it was funny too. lol I don't have any grandkids, but I'll tell this joke to my daughter tomorrow when I talk to her.

Oh, goodie , now I don't have to buy any presents for everybody! If one of my grand kids tells him she was good I know he would die laughing!
