I'm having trouble viewing full episodes on the CW's website www.cwtv.com. Anybody know how to fix this?

I thought it was my computer but it was happening for my friend too, but it works on my couzin's laptop. I have all the necessary flash players and the latest internet explorer... I'm just not sure what else is wrong.

It may require an additional program that your computers don't have yet. Try using it with dvix
