I looked up my symptoms and it looks like it is cervicitis, but is it likely? I'm was not able to get an appointment for the gynecologist til friday and from what I read it looks like it can be serious.

Yes, it is possible for a virgin to get cervicitis. I've had a huge problem with it in the past.

It can be very uncomfortable if not treated with antibiotics.

Because of my huge problems with cervicitis in 2003-2005 my doctor had to freeze the skin on my cervix to force new skin to grow. Since doing that I don't have as many problems with cervicitis anymore.

Cervicitis is not an STD. All it means is that the cervix is inflammed and different kinds of bacteria that cause overgrowth can cause this to occur such as with Group B Strep.
