I have this stupid question that is bothering me because I have a child like curiosity so questions do arise in my mind from time to time. That's why I come here for getting an advice from yahoo experts! Do you think in joint-family system where four brothers and their wives live together in a two storey house, can have ample freedom for roaming around naked and have sex in different parts of the house? Or if they are restricted to their rooms, and have sex in their rooms, Won't aa..ooo sounds come out of their rooms for others to listen to? Also, how do they clean up their bed sheets or bodies after having a sexual intercourse? Thanks for any input!

I don't know about 4 couples, but I know about 2. Our best friends shared our house for 3 1/2 yrs. This was in the '70s. Both couples were married. We were all in mid 20's. We became very close, became very casual about clothes and nudity and sex. The bedrooms were sanctuary. We stayed out of each others bedrooms unless invited in. What usually happened when one couple walked in on the other having sex in the living room (for example) was that the 2nd couple would get so horney that they would tear off their clothes and go at it in the same room. We never swapped partners, or had intercourse or oral etc with the others partner. We did join in on foreplay. (6 hands are much more fun than 2.) And we had a big shower so we often all showered together. (It also made it easier getting ready for work in the mornings as we only had one bathroom,) We didn't plan for all of this to happen, it just evolved. We had a lot of fun together. Both marriage survived just fine and we are still best friends. They moved out bec they moved to another city. We have seen them many times since but never got back into group sex with them. I guess we just grew out of it.

My people lived in tipi's and had sex with other family members sleeping in the same area...so the question you ask is one that I asked...I own a tipi...and what I was told is that people were not restricted to inside and could and did make love outside away from everyone and if they did it in the tipi at night with others sleeping in the tipi then they did it after all were asleep and very very quietly...in answer to your question...this sounds alot easier than tipi living
