She has to be fertile! Help her keep track of her ovulation. Use the internet for that help.
As a male you should really pay more attention to stuff like this because there's no excuse not to.

All depends on the two of you. Make sure she is tracking her days so she knows when she ovulates. If you're not having sex around that time, you don't have a chance.

it took once for all 3 of mine! i think at least once, but it depends on how fertile they both are, and how near ovulation they have sex. some couples take years to conceive even if they are both fertile.

actually its the 24th time , and you have to put your finger in your ear at the same time. Thats why I have no children now, I forgot the ear thing. Darnit!
